Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. Moving up applies from the next cycle; moving down, at the end of the current one.
Who owns the code?
The core is ours and you license it for as long as the subscription lasts. Your brand, content and data are yours and always exportable. You can buy the code if you need to.
What happens if I cancel?
With 30 days' notice we export your data, switch the platform off, and there are no penalties.
