Terms of Service

These terms provide a general overview of how we work. Each project is governed by its own specific contract.

Model

We charge a one-off set-up fee for the initial customisation and a monthly fee for operating, hosting, monitoring and improving the platform.

Ownership

The core software is owned by us and is licensed for the duration of the subscription. The brand, content and customer data belong to the customer and can always be exported.

External costs

Third-party services (AI, APIs, messaging) are prepaid for three months and reported on a monthly basis.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. We will provide the exported data and deactivate the platform.
