BaldeCash: student finance via its own platform

A financing platform for the student sector: online applications, assessment, loan tracking and an administration dashboard, bespoke and operated on a monthly subscription basis.
The challenge
BaldeCash needed to stop managing funding applications using loose forms, spreadsheets and messages. Each student had to go through several manual steps, and the team did not have a single view of the status of each loan.
The solution
We built a bespoke platform: online registration and application for students, assessment with configurable rules, tracking of credit and payments, notifications by post and via WhatsApp, and an administration panel with reports.
It was launched within weeks on a dedicated domain, and since then we have been operating it for a fixed monthly fee that includes hosting, monitoring, support and upgrades.
